Mango Avocado Salsa

Mango Avocado Salsa

You’ll need …

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 mango

  • 1/2 small red onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper

  • fresh juice from 1 lime

  • sea salt

  • fresh cracked pepper

What to do …

  1. Scoop the avocado and mango, dice evenly.

  2. Mince the onion, garlic and jalapeño pepper.

  3. Add juice of lime, and salt and pepper to taste.

If you don’t have jalapeño, use a pinch or two of crushed red pepper. No mango? Try strawberry, peaches, pineapple even!
